Our updated website has been visually refreshed to look more modern and evolved as we make changes to Auckland Airport for the future. We've made some subtle improvements to content readibility whilst keeping the familiar navigation structure and the same important information available you need for your travels.

We have transitioned to a new software platform which allows for improved navigation, better search functionality and is more inclusive for all users. We’ve laid the groundwork for further improvements in usability and accessibility, so everyone’s experience will get better over time.

If you haven’t booked a car park or a spot in our Strata Lounge for a while, you will also notice a fresh look and change to the booking process here as well. We’ve introduced easy to understand icons to help with choosing the best car park for you – either covered or uncovered and with distances from the terminals. 

Strata Club Information Access

If you're a member of our Strata Club loyalty program, your account details — including tier, points, rewards & benefits, and profile information are now accessed differently, however your booking management remains untouched. Here's where you will now be able to find or amend the information you need...
